We recommend carefully reading this document, which sets forth the terms and conditions for accessing and using the BUSHO platforms, in conjunction with the Privacy Policy. This document establishes the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) that govern access to and use of our website, applications, and/or any other platform owned by BUSHO, hereinafter “the Platforms.”

I. ABOUT BUSHO AND ITS SERVICES.

"INVERSIONES BUSHO SpA, hereinafter "BUSHO", is a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Chile, Taxpayer Identification Number 77.541.938-5, whose main activity is providing technological or IT services through its platforms that allow users to publish, offer, search for, and reserve available spaces. The BUSHO Platform allows users to publish, offer, search for, and reserve spaces. Users who publish and offer their spaces are called "Busho HOSTS", while users who seek to reserve or use the spaces available on the platform are called "Busho VISITORS". HOSTS offer rental of any rentable area, to be used for work or recreation for short periods of time, as well as a variety of services or furnishings that are part of the rented space. This space is called a "space". This platform offers workspaces or recreational spaces throughout Chile and the world, just a click away, without long-term commitments. The Platform provides security and confidence to our HOSTS, who generate income Extras, already used by our VISITORS, foster a collaborative society, bridging the gaps for those who currently lack the necessary spaces to carry out certain activities. Each HOST is responsible for understanding and complying with all laws, rules, regulations, and third-party contracts that apply to the Busho HOST and VISITOR Services.

II. CONCEPTS.

Terms whose first letter is capitalized (except when it is solely due to the fact that they begin a sentence or are a proper noun) have the meaning assigned to them below, or the meaning expressly assigned to them in these Terms and Conditions of Use: 1. Busho Host: Refers to a user who publishes and offers their available spaces and other services through the Platforms. 2. BUSHO: Refers to the company "INVERSIONES BUSHO SpA." 3. Account: The account created by each User upon registering on the Platforms. 4. Equipment: Any electronic device or means by which the Platforms can be accessed, including, but not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and computers. 5. Space: Any rentable area intended for work or recreation for short periods of time, as well as a variety of services or furnishings that are part of the rental space. 6. Platforms: The website and mobile application, owned by BUSHO, through which Users can access the Services offered by BUSHO. 7. Privacy Policy: The policy that governs the use and protection of the personal data that the User enters on the Platform, informing Users how BUSHO collects, uses, shares, and protects such data, and the User's rights regarding said data. 8. Price Paid: The total amount paid by the Busho Visitor for reserving the space and services. Associates, through the BUSHO Platforms. The Busho Host expressly authorizes BUSHO to collect said amount on its behalf. BUSHO will issue the corresponding tax document for the transaction and will make the corresponding withholdings or deductions for taxes, BUSHO commission, and other charges previously informed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable policies. The balance due to the Host will be paid in accordance with BUSHO's Payment and Collection Policy. 9. BUSHO Services: All services offered by BUSHO that Users can access through the Platforms. 10. Terms and Conditions: These are the terms contained in this document that the User must freely, explicitly, and knowingly accept in order to use the Platforms. 11. User(s): Any natural or legal person who uses the Platform and who, depending on their use of the platform, may be called a Busho Host or Busho Visitor. 12. Busho Visitor: Refers to a user who seeks to reserve or use available spaces on the platforms.

III. OBLIGATIONS OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The contracting of services and/or the purchase of products made through the Busho Platforms will be subject to these Terms and Conditions and Chilean law as a general rule, without prejudice to applicable mandatory foreign regulations regarding consumer protection and privacy laws. Once accepted, these Terms and Conditions will govern the relationship between BUSHO and Users regarding the use of the Platforms, without prejudice to contracts entered into directly between Hosts and Visitors in connection with a booking. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of Use contained herein, the User acknowledges having read and accepted them in their entirety, and they will therefore be legally binding and enforceable. In this regard, by accepting the Terms and Conditions, the User declares that they have been clearly, comprehensibly, and unequivocally informed of them and have had the opportunity to save and print them. Otherwise, any User who does not accept these Terms and Conditions of Use must refrain from accessing the Busho Platforms and services offered through them, whether directly or indirectly, and from using any information provided by Busho. These Terms and Conditions expressly supersede any prior agreement or understanding between the User and Busho. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User's access to and use of the Platforms for requesting and receiving Services is governed. No person may use the Platforms as a User without having previously accepted these Terms and Conditions and Busho's Privacy Policy. Please note that Registration (as defined below) expressly implies that you are aware of and accept these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree and acknowledge that under no circumstances will Busho be responsible for information regarding the use of the space or any other information related to it, provided by the Busho Host to Busho or to the User through any means. BUSHO has no control over the quality, timing, legality, failures, or any other aspect of the spaces offered by Busho Hosts.

IV. REGISTRATION.

Only individuals over 18 years of age and duly represented legal entities may register as BUSHO Users. By creating an Account, the individual User declares that they are over 18 years of age and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into the acts and contracts carried out through the Platforms. BUSHO may request reasonable background information to verify the User's identity and age when there are well-founded doubts or when necessary given the nature of the transaction. Although BUSHO allows access to its Platforms without registration, so that Users can view and compare advertised spaces free of charge, access a more personalized service and obtain a better experience, as well as opt to Purchase a Product and/or Service, Users must complete a Registration (“Registration”) by entering the following personal data and verification information, as applicable: A. Full name or company name. B. Email address. C. Password. If you are a Busho Host, you must also complete information about the listed space and provide verification documents such as: title deed or other documentation related to the property, background check certificate, national identity card (both sides) or passport, and, if you are a legal entity, the corresponding e-RUT (electronic tax identification number). BUSHO may request other information necessary to verify the User's identity, the information provided, or the proper provision of the Services.

Once registration is complete, BUSHO will grant the User a personal Account to access the Platform with the password they choose. The User will access their Account by entering their email address and password. The Account is personal, unique, and non-transferable; therefore, the User is prohibited from lending or leasing their account to third parties for any purpose. The User is solely responsible for the care and proper use of their Account, as well as for keeping their access credentials secure. If a User suspects that a third party may be accessing the Platform using their User Account, they must immediately change their password and notify BUSHO. The personal data entered by the User during registration must be accurate, current, complete, and truthful at all times. BUSHO reserves the right to request, at any time, additional proof and/or information to verify the personal data provided during registration and to suspend, temporarily and/or permanently, any User whose data does not match the information registered in their account. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BUSHO is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered in the Registration, as this data is provided by the User and is their sole and exclusive responsibility. In this regard, the User guarantees and is responsible, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of their personal data. The personal data provided by the User will be incorporated into databases for which BUSHO is responsible. The User retains, at all times, the rights established in the laws on the protection of privacy, and their data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. It is noted that the data provided by the User may be disclosed to the appropriate authority pursuant to a court order or by express mandate of the relevant regulatory entity.

V. PROMOTION AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS.

All promotions offered on BUSHO will remain valid for their respective durations. BUSHO will inform users through its Platforms of the validity period of each promotion, as well as any specific information that allows visitors to understand the applicable terms and conditions. All promotional or advertising communications sent by email will indicate the subject matter, the sender's identity, and offer recipients the option to unsubscribe. All official BUSHO information will be sent via an official BUSHO email address.

VI. TERMS FOR BUSHO VISITORS.

1. FIND YOUR SPACES 1.1. SEARCH. You can search for spaces for the time you need by entering your preferences and requirements into our search engine, as well as the rental period. Your search can be linked to your current location to find the best spaces near you, or you can schedule a search in another town or city if you're planning a business or leisure trip. You can filter by: location, price per day, space rating, Busho HOST rating, square footage, number of people, children allowed, pets allowed, smoking area, cleaning fees, and amenities such as: bathroom, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, specific furnishings and/or furniture, etc.

1.2. MATCH OR RESERVATION. When selecting an available space on our Platform, the Host will receive a notification that a Busho Visitor wishes to reserve their space. Once the Host accepts the request, the Visitor must make the corresponding payment. The reservation or Match will be considered confirmed and scheduled only once BUSHO receives confirmation of the payment made by the Visitor.

The Visitor agrees to pay the total price informed before making the payment, including the price of the space, any additional services contracted and other previously informed charges.

1.3. MATCH CONFIRMATION (RESERVATION) A Reservation (“MATCH”) is a limited and provisional permission to enter, occupy, and use the space. The HOST reserves the right to re-enter the space during your stay to the extent that: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) it is permitted by your contract with Busho Host, and (iii) it is consistent with applicable law. If you stay past the departure date, the Host has the right to have you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including imposing reasonable penalties for prolonged stay. You may not exceed the maximum number of Guests allowed.

VII. TERMS FOR BUSHO HOSTS.

HOST. As a HOST, the platform grants you the right to share your space or other services with our VISITORS and earn money based on bookings or matches. You must create your listing and complete property details, including documents such as: property title, background check certificate, photo of both sides of your national identity card or passport, or, if you are a legal entity, the corresponding tax identification number (e-RUT). You will have control over the service in terms of rates, times, schedules, availability, services, special rules, and any other conditions you wish to add.

MATCH OR RESERVATION.

When the Busho Visitor selects an available space and the Host accepts the request through the Platform, the Visitor must make the corresponding payment. The contract between the Host and the Visitor and the corresponding reservation will be considered confirmed once BUSHO receives payment confirmation.

The Host will be responsible for providing the service under the conditions stated in their listing and expressly authorizes BUSHO to collect the total price paid by the Visitor.

BUSHO will charge the Host a service fee equal to 14% of the booking value.

BOND.

The relationship between the HOST and Busho does not constitute dependency or subordination, nor does it constitute a partnership or joint venture with Busho. Busho does not direct or control your HOST service. You decide when and how to provide the service.

PAY.

The Host Busho expressly authorizes BUSHO to collect, on its own behalf, the price paid by the Visitor.

BUSHO will deduct from the Host's corresponding amount the BUSHO service fee equivalent to 14% and any other applicable charges in accordance with the Platform's policies and which have been previously communicated.

The balance due to the Host will be paid within three (3) business days following the Visitor's effective check-in, by bank transfer to the account registered by the Host in BUSHO.

All other aspects relating to payments, collections and settlements will be governed by BUSHO's Payments and Collections Policy.

VIII. EXEMPTION FROM GUARANTEE.

Disclaimer of Warranties: The BUSHO platform and all its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BUSHO makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content offered through the use of the platform or the content of any website linked to the use of the Platforms. In this regard, BUSHO assumes no liability whatsoever arising from: (a) Errors or inaccuracies in the Content; (b) Performance, continuity, or uninterrupted operation of the Platforms; (c) Personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from user access to or use of the Platforms; (d) The conduct, safety, legality, or suitability of any Host, Visitor, or third party. The foregoing exclusions shall apply only to events not attributable to BUSHO and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

IX. SCOPE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

The User agrees that BUSHO will not be liable for any direct, indirect, lost profits, consequential, incidental, special or incidental damages arising from or related to: (a) the use of the Platforms; (b) acts or omissions of third parties who do not provide services under the subordination and dependence of BUSHO; (c) the operation, performance or navigation of the Platforms or links to third-party sites; (d) communications, interactions or contacts between Users that occur as a result of the use of the Platform; (e) the publication or modification of advertisements and the provision of services by the Hosts; and (f) the quality, compliance or performance of the services provided directly by the Hosts.

The above will apply provided that the damages claimed are not a direct consequence of a legal or contractual breach attributable to BUSHO.

Likewise, BUSHO will not be liable for damages arising from interruptions, suspensions or temporary terminations of the Platforms when these are due to maintenance work, failures of third parties, fortuitous event, force majeure or other circumstances not attributable to BUSHO.

BUSHO's total liability for claims arising from these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Platform shall not exceed:

(A) with respect to Busho Visitors, the amount actually paid by the Visitor through the Platform during the three months prior to the event that gave rise to the claim; and

(B) with respect to Busho Hosts, the amount actually paid to the Host through the Platform during the three months prior to the event that gave rise to the claim.

The exclusions and limitations of liability set forth in this clause shall apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall not be construed as excluding or limiting BUSHO's legally attributable liabilities or rights which, under applicable law, are inalienable.

X. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICIES.

BUSHO will collect and process the personal data that Users provide when registering on the Platforms, as well as those that are necessary for the use of its functionalities, the management of reservations, payments, communications between Users, attention and support, security and other services offered through the Platforms.

The processing of personal data will be carried out in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data and with BUSHO's Privacy Policy, which is permanently available on the Platforms.

The Privacy Policy will inform, among other things, about the personal data processed by BUSHO, the purposes of its processing, the situations in which it may be communicated to other Users or third parties, the providers involved in the provision of services, the criteria for keeping the information and how Users can exercise the rights recognized by applicable legislation.

BUSHO will take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and security of personal data subject to its processing.

The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

XI. RULES.

Access to the Platform is free, except for the cost of the connection through the telecommunications network provided by the access provider contracted by the User, which will always be at their sole expense.

(a) User Responsibility. The User is solely and exclusively responsible for:

(i) the diligent use of your username and password;

(ii) the use of the Platform for their exclusive personal use, accepting that they are not authorized to transfer their account to a third party other than the account holder. In this regard, the User is responsible for all actions carried out by a third party other than themselves through their account, releasing BUSHO and other Users from any liability in this respect;

(iii) the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data entered in the Registry;

(iv) the responsible request and use of the Services offered by this Platform;

(v) the legitimate use of the Platforms, expressly prohibiting the introduction and/or dissemination of computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that may cause damage to the Platforms or to the Users; and

(vi) the content of the publications made by the User, which must reflect appropriate behavior.

The User declares that they will use the BUSHO Platforms at their own risk. Likewise, the User accepts the risks inherent in their access to and use of the Platform, the services agreed upon with a Host, and the interactions they have with Hosts and other Users.

(b) Responsibility of the Hosts.

Hosts will be responsible for the processing of personal data of Visitors to which they have access in connection with a booking or the provision of services offered through BUSHO.

This data shall be used only for purposes related to the management, coordination, execution and fulfillment of the respective reservation and in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, these Terms and Conditions and BUSHO's Privacy Policy.

Hosts may not use Visitors' personal data for purposes other than those related to the booking, including commercial or promotional communications, unless they have a legal basis that authorizes such processing.

Each Host will be responsible for the processing of personal data that they directly carry out and that is attributable to their actions. This will not exclude or limit any responsibilities that may correspond to BUSHO with respect to the processing of personal data that it directly carries out, the data communications it makes, or any other legal obligations that may apply to it.

Each Host will be responsible for their own acts and omissions, and for the acts and omissions of any person they allow to participate in the provision of the Services offered through the Platform.

Furthermore, each Host will be responsible for the accuracy of the prices, charges, rules, and requirements stated in their listings, as well as their timely communication.

Hosts are expressly prohibited from:

(i) make collection of fees or additional charges that are not contemplated in the BUSHO Platform or expressly authorized by BUSHO;

(ii) encourage Visitors to create third-party accounts;

(iii) send Visitors evaluations or ratings not contemplated on the BUSHO Platform; and

(iv) provide your contact information in contravention of BUSHO policies.

In this regard, Hosts are obliged to comply with the measures contained in the External Contact Policy to the Platform and in the Space Publication Policy.

Although BUSHO may request information about the space to be published, the Busho Host will be responsible for:

(i) understand and comply with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that are applicable to its publication;

(ii) possess the necessary powers to allow the Busho Visitor to use and enjoy the available space; and

(iii) obtain appropriate advice in case of doubts about the application of local laws.

The Busho Host will be responsible for determining and fulfilling the corresponding legal, tax or fiscal obligations, including those related to the declaration, collection, settlement or inclusion in the publication value of the Sales and Services Tax (VAT), income taxes and any other applicable indirect taxes.

The Busho Host acknowledges that being a Host involves inherent risks and accepts the risks arising from their access to and use of the BUSHO Platforms, their Host Services, or any interaction they have with other Users, whether in person or online.

(c) Responsibility of Users (Hosts and Visitors).

The User agrees to make proper and lawful use of the Platform in accordance with current legislation, these Terms and Conditions, morality, good customs and public order regulations.

In this regard, the User agrees not to make publications or comments that reflect inappropriate behavior, understood as that which implies:

(i) sexual content;

(ii) misleading content or content that induces other Users to use misleading products or services;

(iii) content that involves the promotion of illegal activities; or

(iv) discriminatory content.

(d) Sanctions.

In the event that a User, Visitor or Host violates these Terms and Conditions, BUSHO's policies or applicable regulations, BUSHO shall be entitled to:

(i) suspend or limit your access to or use of the Platform;

(ii) suspend access to your account;

(iii) delete your account;

(iv) suspend or remove advertisements or content;

(v) cancel pending or confirmed reservations; and

(vi) suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account.

The offender may request a review of the applied measure through the Customer Service Department.

The above sanctions are understood without prejudice to BUSHO's right to claim compensation for damages as provided by law.

(e) Effects of termination for Visitors.

If a Visitor voluntarily cancels their account while there are confirmed reservations, these will be cancelled and refunds and other economic effects will be governed by BUSHO's Cancellation Policy.

If, as a result of any action taken by BUSHO, your account is suspended or cancelled while there are confirmed reservations, the effects of said reservations will be determined in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, taking into account the cause that motivated the suspension or termination.

(f) Termination effects for the Hosts.

If a Host voluntarily cancels their account while there are confirmed bookings, these will be cancelled and the conditions corresponding to a cancellation made by the Host in accordance with BUSHO's Cancellation Policy will apply.

If, as a result of any action taken by BUSHO, your account is suspended or cancelled while there are confirmed reservations, the effects of said reservations will be determined in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, taking into account the cause that motivated the suspension or termination.

XII. VALIDITY, MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

(a) Term: These Terms and Conditions of Use shall remain in effect indefinitely from the date of their publication on the Platforms, without prejudice to BUSHO's right to terminate them at any time. (b) Modification: BUSHO may modify these Terms and Conditions. Such changes will be notified to the User through a notice on the Platform and must be expressly accepted by the User to continue using the Platforms. (c) Termination: BUSHO may suspend, limit, or terminate a User's access to the Platforms when there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, BUSHO's policies, or applicable law, or when there are reasons of security, fraud prevention, a requirement of a competent authority, acts of God, force majeure, or other reasonable cause that justifies the measure. Where applicable, BUSHO will inform the User of the measure taken, who may request a review through the available customer service channels. The User may cease using the Platforms at any time, and all provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

XIII. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

The User acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual and industrial property rights to the content and/or any other elements included on the Platform (including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, text, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flowcharts, presentation, audio, and video) belong to and are the exclusive property of BUSHO and third parties who have authorized BUSHO to use them. Access to the Platform and/or acceptance of these Terms and Conditions does not imply the transfer of any rights to the User. Therefore, BUSHO expressly reserves the right to exercise all civil and criminal actions to protect its legitimate intellectual and industrial property rights. Under no circumstances shall it be understood that the User has any rights whatsoever over them. Copying, reproducing, publishing, downloading, encoding, modifying, translating, interpreting, displaying, distributing, transmitting, transferring, or disseminating them in any media is expressly prohibited without the prior, express, and written authorization of BUSHO. BUSHO authorizes the User to use, view, print, download, and store the content and/or elements included on the Platform exclusively for their personal, private, and non-commercial use. Any other use and/or exploitation of content and/or other elements included on the Platform, other than those expressly provided for herein, will be subject to the prior written authorization of BUSHO and/or the respective third parties.

XIV. CLAIM AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

If the User wishes to make a complaint related to BUSHO, a Host or the Services offered through the Platforms, they may do so through the “Contact Us” section available on the Platform, indicating the necessary background information for its proper processing.

BUSHO will endeavor to address and respond to claims within a reasonable timeframe.

Any dispute relating to the application, interpretation, validity, duration, execution or termination of these Terms and Conditions may be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to the right that the User may have to resort to the courts or competent bodies of another jurisdiction when so established by mandatory consumer protection rules or other applicable public policy provisions.

The foregoing does not limit the User's right to exercise other complaint mechanisms or actions recognized by applicable legislation.

XV. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION.

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules, personal data protection or other public order rules that may be applicable to the User in accordance with the legislation of his place of residence or the corresponding jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions of Use, together with any BUSHO policies that form part of them, constitute the agreement between Users and BUSHO regarding the use of the Platforms and Services.

XVI. POLICIES.

All BUSHO policies and supplementary terms apply to and complement these terms and conditions, and consequently form an integral part of the relationship between the User and BUSHO.

XVII. MISCELLANEOUS.

(a) Assignment: The User may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without the prior written consent of BUSHO. BUSHO may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions to any of its affiliated companies. (b) Contact: To assist Users in using the Platform, BUSHO provides the phone number 600-612-2222, the email address contacto@busho.cl, and the “Contact Us” section. Inquiries and requests specifically related to the processing of Personal Data and the exercise of rights recognized by applicable law should be directed to hola@busho.cl.

I.- PAYMENT AND COLLECTION POLICY.

This Policy governs the payments, collections, commissions and settlements associated with reservations made through the BUSHO Platforms.

A. VISITOR PAYMENTS.

Once a booking request has been accepted by the Host, the Visitor must make the corresponding payment through the payment methods enabled by BUSHO, either through the payment button available on the Platform or through the payment link provided for this purpose.

The Host's acceptance of the request alone will not imply that the reservation is definitively confirmed.

The reservation will be considered confirmed and scheduled once BUSHO receives confirmation of the payment made by the Visitor.

Until that moment, the space will not be considered definitively reserved.

The amount that the Visitor must pay will correspond to the total price informed before confirming the payment, including, where applicable, the value of the reservation, additional services, commissions, taxes or other charges previously informed.

BUSHO will not apply charges that have not been disclosed to the Visitor before payment is made.

B. PAYMENT PROCESSING.

Payments made through BUSHO will be processed by the payment service providers enabled by the Platform.

BUSHO does not directly store the full bank card numbers used to make payments; their processing is the responsibility of the respective payment service provider.

The confirmation, authorization, or rejection of each transaction may depend on the payment provider and the corresponding financial institution.

If a payment is rejected, cancelled or cannot be confirmed, the reservation will not be considered definitively confirmed.

C. BUSHO COMMISSION.

For services provided through the Platform, BUSHO will receive a commission equivalent to 14% of each booking managed through BUSHO.

The Host will be entitled to receive the net amount corresponding to the reservation once the BUSHO commission and any other charges that, according to the Platform's policies, apply and have been previously informed, have been deducted.

No charges or expenses may be deducted from the Host's payment unless they are based on the Terms and Conditions or the policies applicable to the reservation.

D. PAYMENTS TO HOSTS.

Payments to Hosts will be made within three (3) business days following the Visitor's effective check-in at the reserved space.

Payment will be made by bank transfer to the account previously informed and registered by the Host in BUSHO.

It will be the Host's responsibility to keep their bank details complete and up to date.

BUSHO will not be responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or outdated bank details provided by the Host, without prejudice to taking the necessary steps to complete the payment once said information has been corrected.

E. Charges for damages.

Charges arising from losses or damages incurred during a booking will be governed exclusively by the Space's Damage Protection and Guarantee Policy.

BUSHO will only be able to manage the collection of the corresponding amount once the procedure established in said Policy has been completed and provided that there is a valid authorization to make the charge through the respective payment method.

F. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS.

Cancellations of reservations made by Visitors or Hosts and the refunds derived from them will be governed exclusively by the BUSHO Cancellation Policy in force at the time the reservation was made.

When a refund is due, BUSHO will process the refund through the same payment method used by the Visitor or, when this is not technically possible, through another suitable mechanism.

The actual timeframes for the money to become available again may depend on the payment provider and the corresponding financial institution.

In the event of cancellation attributable to the Host, BUSHO may deduct from the outstanding amounts any applicable penalties in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.

G. RESERVATION MODIFICATIONS.

When the Visitor and the Host agree to modify a reservation, they will be responsible for any financial adjustments that such modification may generate.

Any price difference, additional service, commission or tax must be reported and accepted before confirming the modification.

All modifications must be registered on the Platform or managed through the channels enabled by BUSHO.

H. TAXES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOST.

Each Host will be responsible for fulfilling their corresponding tax obligations regarding income obtained through bookings made through BUSHO, except for those obligations that legally correspond directly to BUSHO.

BUSHO may make the withholdings, declarations or delivery of information that are mandatory in accordance with applicable legislation.

I. RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES.

This Policy should be interpreted in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions, the Cancellation Policy and all other applicable BUSHO policies.

In case of contradiction regarding cancellations, refunds or penalties arising from a cancellation, the Cancellation Policy will prevail.

This Policy supersedes any previous provisions contained in the Economic or Payment and Collection Policies that are inconsistent with its content.

II.- CANCELLATION POLICY.

This Policy governs the conditions applicable to the cancellation of reservations made through the BUSHO Platforms.

A. CANCELLATION BY THE VISITOR BUSHO.

In general, if a Busho Visitor cancels a Reservation, the amount to be refunded will be determined in accordance with the rules set out in this Policy.

a) Before the reservation is confirmed

If the request is cancelled before the booking has been accepted by the Host and paid for by the Visitor, there will be no charge or refund, as no payment will have been made.

b) After the reservation has been confirmed and paid for

The refund conditions will be the same regardless of the payment method used by the Visitor, and will be applied according to the advance notice given for the cancellation:

• If the cancellation is made more than 72 hours before the start of the reservation, 100% of the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made between 48 and 72 hours before the start of the reservation, 50% of the amount paid for the reservation will be refunded.
• If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours in advance, no refund of the amount paid will be given, unless one of the exceptional circumstances indicated below applies.

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used to make the booking or through the mechanism that BUSHO determines when that is not technically possible.

c) Fortuitous event or force majeure

In the event that the cancellation occurs due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure or other exceptional circumstances beyond the Visitor's control, the Visitor may request a review of their case from BUSHO Support.

BUSHO will analyze the background information provided by the Visitor and will determine, in a reasoned manner, whether a full or partial refund is appropriate, taking into account the particular circumstances of the case.

B. CANCELLATION BY THE HOST BUSHO.

The Host may reject a booking request before it has been accepted and paid for by the Visitor, without incurring any penalty.

Once the reservation is confirmed and paid for, the Host is obliged to respect it and keep the space available for the Visitor on the date and under the agreed conditions.

If the Host cancels a reservation after payment has been made, BUSHO will refund the Visitor 100% of the amount paid for the reservation, without prejudice to any measures or penalties that may be applied to the Host.

In such a case, BUSHO may apply to the Host a penalty equivalent to 20% of the total value of the cancelled reservation, intended to compensate for the costs and damages associated with the cancellation.

The application of this penalty may be reviewed when the cancellation is due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or other objective and duly proven circumstances that are not attributable to the Host.

BUSHO may also take other measures against the Host, depending on the severity or frequency of the cancellations, including:

• temporary blocking of the publication schedule;
• temporary limitation on accepting new reservations; and
• account suspension or deactivation.

In the event of three or more cancellations attributable to the Host within a twelve-month period, BUSHO may suspend or deactivate your account, after reviewing the relevant background information.

C. MODIFICATION OF RESERVES.

Busho Hosts and Visitors may agree to modifications to a reservation through the BUSHO Platforms or through the customer service channels enabled for this purpose.

The parties will be responsible for any modification they accept and for any adjustments to price, fees, taxes or additional services that such modification entails.

Any modification must be registered on the Platform or confirmed by BUSHO to take effect with respect to the reservation.

D. REFUNDS.

When a refund is due in accordance with this Policy, BUSHO will process the refund through the relevant payment provider.

The actual time it takes for the funds to become available again to the Visitor may depend on the operational timeframes of the payment provider or the respective financial institution.

BUSHO will inform the Visitor when the refund has been requested or processed by the Platform.

E. APPLICATION OF THIS POLICY.

This Policy constitutes the sole cancellation and refund regime applicable to bookings made through BUSHO and supersedes any previous or conflicting provisions on this matter published on the Platforms.

In matters not expressly covered by this Policy, the general Terms and Conditions of BUSHO and current legislation will apply.

III.- BUSHO COMMERCIAL SPACES POLICY.

A.- GENERAL BACKGROUND.

BUSHO has made available to VISITORS different commercial spaces located throughout Chile and abroad, in which all those visitors who are interested in marketing their products, in different points of sale, for short periods of time, may rent them for this purpose, in accordance with the terms of this policy.

B.- REQUIREMENTS FOR RESERVING A COMMERCIAL SPACE.

1. Complete a registration on the BUSHO platform indicating brand name, product description and Instagram username as personal information in the profile.
2. To produce and/or market products whose sale is not prohibited by law.
3. Having the ability to trade in the commercial premises as an occasional visitor, reserving the space for the minimum time indicated in the app, mainly in terms of having sufficient quantities of products and the ability to serve during the entire operating hours of the commercial premises according to its location.
4. To produce and/or market products of any type, fully complying with the regulations corresponding to the sector.
5. For entrepreneurs belonging to the self-manufactured cosmetics sector, it is necessary to have a certificate from the corresponding Public Health Institute (ISP) and carry it throughout the reservation.
6. Comply with the tax procedure for transferring receipts.

C.- HOST'S RESPONSIBILITY.

The Host will be responsible for:

1. The processing of personal data of BUSHO Visitors to which it has access in connection with a reservation or the provision of services offered through BUSHO. This data shall be used solely for purposes related to the management, coordination, execution and fulfillment of the respective reservation, in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, the Terms and Conditions and the BUSHO Privacy Policy.

The Host may not use such data for other purposes, including commercial or promotional communications, unless there is a legal basis that authorizes such processing.

The Host's responsibility will be limited to the data processing that he or she carries out directly and that is attributable to his or her actions, without prejudice to the responsibilities that may legally correspond to BUSHO with respect to its own data processing or communications.

2. Strictly adhere to current regulations, the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy of the Platforms.
3. Your own acts and omissions, and the acts and omissions of any person you allow to participate in the provision of the Services offered through the Platform.
4. The prices, charges, rules and requirements indicated in their publications, as well as their timely communication.
5. To comply with their legal, tax or fiscal obligations, whether regarding declaring, collecting, settling or including in the publication value the Sales and Services Tax (VAT), income taxes and any other applicable indirect tax.
6. Maintain up-to-date business licenses for each location offered through the Platform.

The Host will also be responsible for:

a) understand and comply with all laws, rules, regulations and contracts with third parties that are applicable to its publication and the services it offers; and

b) hold the necessary powers to allow the Busho Visitor to use and enjoy the available space.

D.- PROHIBITIONS FOR THE HOST.

Charging fees or additional charges that are not included on the BUSHO platform or expressly authorized by BUSHO.

Encourage visitors to create accounts with third parties.

Send visitors evaluations or ratings not included on the BUSHO platform.

Providing your direct contact information to Visitors in contravention of BUSHO's External Contact Policy.

The Busho Host acknowledges that hosting involves inherent risks and agrees that they assume all risks arising from their access to and use of the Busho Platforms, Busho Host Services, or any interactions they have with other Users, whether in person or online, and agrees that they have had the opportunity to inform themselves about the Platform and any laws, regulations, rules, or obligations that may apply to their Busho Hosting or Listings.

BUSHO will be responsible for:

• Maintain the platform in proper working condition.
• Inform the Host in case of temporary service suspension due to causes beyond BUSHO's control.

Failure by any User to comply with the obligations arising from this policy will entitle BUSHO to take the measures provided for in its Terms and Conditions and current policies, including, where applicable, the suspension or termination of the Account, without prejudice to the User's right to request a review of the measure in accordance with the mechanisms established by BUSHO.

BUSHO reserves the right to evaluate the User's compliance with this policy.

Compliance with all legal and tax regulations, such as the regularization of the business, obtaining relevant certificates and permits for the operation of any commercial activity —Seremi de Salud, Public Health Institute, among others— will be the sole responsibility of the entrepreneur with respect to the obligations that are legally attributable to the entrepreneur himself, without prejudice to the responsibilities that, according to the applicable legislation, correspond directly to BUSHO.

E.- SUBSIDIARITY.

Any matter not specifically regulated in this Policy will be governed by BUSHO's Terms and Conditions and other general policies.

IV.- ADDITIONAL SERVICES FEE POLICY.

BUSHO PLATFORMS. As a general rule, Busho Hosts may not charge Visitors any additional fees, commissions, or charges outside of the BUSHO Platforms, unless expressly authorized by BUSHO.

This restriction will not apply to those additional costs or services that are expressly stated in the publication of the space and form part of the price breakdown shown to the Visitor before confirming the booking.

Additional charges may include, among others, the following:

1. Personnel service.

This corresponds to the payment for services provided by people intended to attend to, assist or perform tasks for the Visitor during their stay in the reserved space.

The price of this service must be clearly stated in the publication or expressly accepted by the Visitor before contracting it.

2. Safeguard.

The Host may, where appropriate, establish a refundable amount intended to cover any losses or damages that may occur during the use of the space.

The deposit amount must be communicated to the visitor before confirming the reservation.

The existence of a Receipt does not authorize the Host or BUSHO to automatically deduct or withhold any sum for damages.

The application of the full or partial Safeguard will only proceed when there is a claim made in accordance with the Space Damage Protection and Warranty Policy, and only for the amount that is appropriate according to the procedure established in said Policy.

If a claim is not submitted within the relevant period, or if it is rejected, the Receipt must be fully returned to the Visitor.

If the amount of the determined damage is less than the Guarantee, the corresponding balance must be refunded to the Visitor.

3. Cleaning expenses.

This corresponds to the charge intended to cover the reasonable costs of ordinary cleaning of the space after its use.

This charge must be previously disclosed in the publication and form part of the price or breakdown shown to the Visitor before confirming the booking.

Ordinary cleaning fees cannot be used to cover damages or losses caused to the space, which will be governed exclusively by the Space Damage Protection and Warranty Policy.

4. Additional services.

Hosts may offer additional services related to the use of the space, such as parking, transfers, supplies, food, equipment, or other similar services.

The price and conditions of these services must be communicated to the Visitor before contracting them and expressly accepted by the Visitor.

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES.

The Host may not demand from the Visitor payments, commissions or charges that have not been previously informed and accepted in accordance with the booking conditions.

Furthermore, unless expressly authorized by BUSHO, the Host may not request payments outside of the BUSHO Platforms or through external mechanisms intended to circumvent the fees or conditions applicable to the Platform.

If a Host requests an undisclosed, unauthorized, or off-Platform payment, the Visitor may report this situation to BUSHO through the available support channels.

BUSHO may take appropriate measures in accordance with its Terms and Conditions and applicable policies.

RELATIONSHIP WITH OTHER POLICIES.

Claims arising from damages or losses will be governed exclusively by the Space's Damage Protection and Warranty Policy.

Payments, collections, settlements and refunds will be governed, as applicable, by BUSHO's Payments and Collections Policy and Cancellation Policy.

V.- REFUND POLICY.

BUSHO PLATFORMS.

This Refund Policy explains how to change a reservation and how to handle refunds when a Busho Host cancels a reservation or another type of Reservation Breach occurs.

Cancellation.

If a Busho Host cancels a reservation before the match, in these cases there will be no refund since the reservation or match has not taken place, therefore, no charge and/or payment has been made.

If the Busho Host cancels a reservation once it has been confirmed and paid for, BUSHO will refund the Busho Visitor 100% of the amount paid, in accordance with the current Cancellation Policy.

Infringement.

It corresponds to the following situations:

• Busho Host does not provide access to the leased space.
• The Busho Host does not state in the listing that he, another person, or a pet will be present during the stay.
• The space is not in the conditions offered.
• The publication contains a substantial inaccuracy, for example:
  • A different type of space is indicated.
  • The location of the space is incorrect.
  • A service or special feature described in the advertisement is not available or operational.

Any type of violation must be reported to BUSHO no later than 24 hours after becoming aware of it.

If the infraction has prevented the proper development of the stay, Busho Support will analyze the respective infraction and determine whether a full, partial or zero refund is appropriate, taking into account the nature, severity and effects of the infraction and based on the background information provided by the parties.

If a Violation totally or partially prevents the proper development of a stay and it is determined that a refund is due, BUSHO may deduct from the amount pending payment to the Host the amount to be returned to the Visitor, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable policies.

To the extent possible, BUSHO will attempt to verify the Visitor's claim with their Host. Busho Hosts may also dispute claims regarding a violation by contacting Busho Support.

It should be considered.

Before filing a complaint, the Busho Visitor should, to the extent possible, inform the Busho Host and attempt to resolve the violation between them.

Regarding the resolution of the infraction, the Visitor must request a refund directly from Busho.

When the Busho Visitor demonstrates that it was not possible to notify a Violation within the due time, BUSHO may accept their communication.

This Policy does not cover incidents caused by the Busho Visitor or their companions, guests or pets.

Submitting a fraudulent claim will constitute a violation of our service rules and may result in account termination.

The decisions that BUSHO adopts within the framework of this Policy will be binding, without prejudice to the rights and actions that correspond to the Users in accordance with applicable legislation.

This Policy does not constitute insurance since no premiums have been paid for this purpose.

All rights and obligations that this policy confers on Hosts and Visitors of a reservation are individual and cannot be transferred or assigned.

Any changes to this policy will be made in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

In case of contradiction between this Policy and the Cancellation Policy regarding cancellations and refunds resulting from a cancellation, the Cancellation Policy will prevail.

I.- PRIVACY POLICIES.

This Privacy Policy is intended to inform you how BUSHO collects, uses, stores, communicates and protects the Personal Data of its Users and forms an integral part of BUSHO's Terms and Conditions.

(a) Definitions.

For the purposes of this Policy, the following definitions shall apply:

A. Data storage: The preservation or custody of data in a record or database.

B. Communication or transmission of data: To disclose Personal Data in any way to persons other than its owner.

C. Personal Data: All information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

D. Deletion or cancellation of data: The destruction or deletion of Personal Data stored in records or databases, whatever the procedure used.

E. Modification or rectification of data: Any change intended to correct, update or complete stored Personal Data.

F. Register or database: The organized set of Personal Data, automated or not, whatever the form or modality of its creation or organization.

G. Responsible: The natural or legal person responsible for the decisions related to the Processing of Personal Data.

H. Owner: The natural person to whom the Personal Data refers.

I. Data Processing: Any operation or set of operations that allows the collection, storage, organization, use, consultation, communication, transfer, modification, deletion or processing of Personal Data in any other way.

J. BUSHO: INVERSIONES BUSHO SpA, RUT N° 77.541.938-5.

K. User: Any natural person who uses the BUSHO Platforms, whether as a Visitor, Host or under any other modality enabled by the Platform.

(b) Authorization to process Personal Data and User identification.

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User authorizes BUSHO to process the Personal Data provided when creating and managing their Account, using the Platforms, contracting Services, making reservations and using other available functionalities.

BUSHO will process Personal Data only for the purposes stated in this Policy and in those cases where it has the User's authorization or when current legislation allows such processing.

BUSHO may request background information to verify the User's identity when necessary for the security of the Account, provision of Services, compliance with legal obligations or exercise of rights regarding Personal Data.

(c) Reason and purpose of the Personal Data request.

BUSHO may process Personal Data for the following purposes:

A. Create, manage and maintain User Accounts.

B. To allow the publication, search, selection and reservation of spaces.

C. Manage the relationship between Hosts and Visitors.

D. Manage reservation requests, payments, collections, refunds, cancellations and settlements.

E. Facilitate communication between Users through the Platforms.

F. Provide assistance, support and attention to inquiries or complaints.

G. Manage claims relating to reservations, damages, losses or breaches.

H. Verify the identity of the Hosts, their background and information relating to the published spaces.

I. Prevent fraud, misuse of the Platforms and security incidents.

J. Maintain, analyze and improve the operation and security of the Platforms.

K. To enable the operation of community tools, assessments, contact networks, chats and other functionalities enabled by BUSHO.

L. To allow the operation of AI-based assistance tools, when available.

M. To comply with legal, contractual, tax, accounting or regulatory obligations.

N. To exercise, formulate or defend the rights of BUSHO or the Users.

O. Send operational communications related to the Account, reservations, payments, security and operation of the Platforms.

P. To send information about BUSHO services, benefits, offers, promotions or news when permitted by current legislation.

(d) Data collected.

BUSHO may collect, depending on the User's use of the Platforms:

A. Registration data.

• name and surname;
• email address;
• password or login credentials;
• photograph or information voluntarily added to the profile; and
• other background information necessary to manage the Account.

B. Host Information.

BUSHO may request:

• identification data;
• identity card or passport;
• e-RUT, in the case of legal entities;
• background information regarding the published space;
• titles or records relating to the property;
• background check certificate;
• bank details necessary to make payments; and
• other background information reasonably necessary to verify the Host or the published space.

The background check certificate and identification documents will be used only for the purposes that justify their collection and will be subject to enhanced confidentiality measures and restricted access.

C. Data relating to reservations and transactions.

BUSHO may collect information relating to reservations, dates, times, contracted spaces, additional services, values, payments, refunds, cancellations and other background information related to the operations carried out through the Platforms.

BUSHO will not directly store full bank card numbers when their processing is carried out by third-party payment service providers.

D. Communications.

BUSHO may store and process communications made through its Platforms, including chats between Users, Support inquiries and communications related to reservations, payments, claims, damages or disputes.

E. Information published by the User.

When using community features, BUSHO may process posts, photos, comments, reviews, profile information, contacts, and other content that the User voluntarily submits.

The User should be aware that certain content may be visible to other Users depending on the nature of the functionality used.

F. Technical data.

BUSHO may collect technical information necessary for the operation and security of the Platforms, including device type, operating system, application version, technical events, errors, security logs and usage history.

IP addresses may be processed when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or incident investigation.

G. Location.

When the User authorizes access to their location, BUSHO may use it to facilitate searches for nearby spaces or other related functionalities.

(e) Rectification and deletion of Personal Data.

Users may request the rectification of their Personal Data when it is erroneous, inaccurate, ambiguous, outdated or incomplete.

They may also request their removal or cancellation in the cases established by current legislation.

Deleting an Account will not necessarily imply the immediate deletion of all associated records when their preservation is necessary to comply with legal or contractual obligations, prove transactions, resolve claims, prevent fraud, or exercise or defend rights.

In such cases, BUSHO will only retain the records that are necessary for the corresponding purpose.

(f) Confidentiality, data communication and Host responsibility.

Personal Data provided to BUSHO will be treated as confidential and will only be processed for the purposes stated in this Policy.

BUSHO may communicate to the Hosts those Personal Data of the Visitor that are necessary to manage, coordinate, execute and fulfill the respective reservation or provision of the service.

Once the Host receives and processes such data for the purposes of the reservation or the provision of its services, it will act as the data controller with respect to the processing it carries out directly, and must comply with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

The Host may not use the Personal Data received for purposes other than those related to the booking, including commercial or promotional communications, unless there is a legal basis that authorizes such processing.

BUSHO will maintain responsibility for the processing of Personal Data that it carries out directly and for the communications or transfers of data that it makes through its Platforms.

Likewise, BUSHO may communicate Personal Data to suppliers or third parties when necessary for the provision of services, in accordance with this Policy and applicable legislation.

BUSHO will adopt reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or processing of Personal Data.

(g) Data storage time.

BUSHO will retain Personal Data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, comply with legal or contractual obligations, protect the security of the Platforms, or exercise and defend rights.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, BUSHO will apply the following general criteria:

A. Inactive Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve months may be deleted or anonymized, except for those records that must be kept for a legal, contractual or defense of rights purpose.

B. Technical records: Technical and security records will be kept, as a general rule, for a maximum period of ninety days, unless there is a security incident, fraud or other circumstance that justifies their retention for an additional period.

C. Reservations and transactions: Records of reservations, payments and transactions that must be kept for legal, tax, accounting or defense of rights reasons may be kept for up to six years.

This period will not imply the indiscriminate retention of all Personal Data associated with the Account.

D. Host Documents: Identification documents, certificates and other background information provided by Hosts will be kept only as long as necessary for the purpose that justified their collection.

Bank details may be retained as long as they are needed to process payments associated with the Host Account.

Once the data is no longer needed, BUSHO will proceed to delete or anonymize it, unless there is a legal obligation or a justified purpose to keep it.

(h) Cookies.

BUSHO Platforms may use cookies and similar technologies.

Some of these technologies may be necessary to enable the Platforms to function, maintain sessions, protect Accounts, remember preferences, or provide functionalities requested by Users.

BUSHO may also use technologies designed to obtain statistics on the use of the Platforms or to carry out advertising activities.

When the use of a certain technology requires prior authorization in accordance with current legislation, this will be requested from the User before its activation.

(i) Analytics and advertising.

BUSHO may use third-party technological tools to understand the use and operation of its Platforms and, where appropriate, to carry out advertising activities.

Google Analytics: BUSHO may use Google Analytics to obtain statistical information about the use of the Platforms, such as visits, interaction with pages or functionalities, technical characteristics of the device and other usage events, according to the implemented configuration.

This information will be used to analyze and improve the functioning of the Platforms.

When the configuration of Google Analytics involves processing that requires User authorization, BUSHO will request such authorization beforehand.

Meta: BUSHO may use Meta tools for advertising purposes, campaign measurement, and, where applicable, advertising tracking or personalization.

Meta tools that involve processing for which User authorization is required will only be activated once such authorization has been granted.

The User may withdraw their authorization or modify their preferences regarding advertising and tracking tools through the mechanisms that BUSHO enables for these purposes.

(j) Technology providers.

BUSHO may use third-party providers to enable the operation of its Platforms and the provision of its Services, including technological infrastructure services, storage, notifications, payment processing, analytics, advertising, security, support and artificial intelligence functionalities.

Among the tools that BUSHO may use are, as applicable, Google/Firebase services, OneSignal, Google Analytics and Meta, in addition to the payment processing providers.

Suppliers will only receive the information necessary to provide the corresponding service.

When any of these providers processes information outside of Chile, BUSHO will adopt the contractual and security measures that are applicable in accordance with current legislation.

(k) Chats and communications.

Deleting or closing an Account will not necessarily imply the immediate deletion of all conversations held through BUSHO.

Communications relating to reservations, payments, damages, claims, breaches or disputes may be retained for the period reasonably necessary to prove the respective transactions or to exercise and defend rights.

When possible and when User identification is no longer necessary, BUSHO may anonymize such information.

Communications that do not need to be retained for any legitimate purpose will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with the criteria established in this Policy.

(l) Exercise of rights and verification of identity.

Users may exercise the rights granted to them by current legislation regarding their Personal Data.

Before delivering, modifying or deleting information, BUSHO may reasonably verify the identity of the person making the request.

For these purposes, the following mechanisms, among others, may be used:

• a request made through an authenticated Account;
• confirmation via the email address registered with BUSHO; or
• additional checks when there are reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the applicant.

BUSHO will respond to requests within the timeframes established by current legislation.

(m) Commercial communications.

BUSHO may send communications relating to its services, prices, benefits, news or offers in accordance with current legislation.

All promotional communications sent by BUSHO will allow the recipient to request the suspension of future mailings of that nature.

The request to suspend promotional communications will not affect the sending of messages necessary for the administration of the Account, reservations, payments, security, claims or operation of the Platforms.

Hosts may not use Personal Data provided in connection with a reservation to carry out commercial campaigns, add them to contact lists or send advertising, unless they have the corresponding authorization or legal basis.

(n) Artificial intelligence functionalities.

BUSHO will be able to incorporate assistance tools based on artificial intelligence.

When the User uses these tools, BUSHO may process the queries, instructions and other information that the User voluntarily provides in order to deliver the requested functionality.

The User must avoid unnecessarily incorporating Personal Data of third parties, confidential information or background information that is not necessary to carry out their query.

When an external technology provider is involved in providing such functionality, the provider may process only the information strictly necessary to provide the corresponding service.

(o) Legal age.

Accounts intended for making reservations or offering spaces through BUSHO must be used by people over 18 years of age.

By registering with BUSHO, the User declares that they meet this requirement.

BUSHO may request additional background information to verify identity or age when there are justified reasons for doing so.

(p) Security.

BUSHO will adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, disclosure or misuse.

Access to identification documents, background checks and other information requiring special confidentiality will be restricted to those individuals who need access to it to perform their duties.

Technical security logs will not be used to unnecessarily store chat content or User passwords.

(q) Changes to the Privacy Policy.

BUSHO may modify this Policy when necessary to reflect legal, technological, operational or platform functionalities changes.

When modifications are relevant, BUSHO will promptly inform Users through its Platforms, email or other appropriate means.

Not every modification will require a new authorization from the User.

When BUSHO intends to carry out a new processing or use Personal Data for a different purpose that requires authorization in accordance with current legislation, such authorization will be requested beforehand.

II.- POLICY ON EXTERNAL CONTACT.

BUSHO includes social networking features, profiles, a forum, a networking platform, and internal messaging. Users can connect, chat, and participate within BUSHO without needing to request or confirm a booking. These interactions do not authorize the disclosure of personal data or its use for advertising without the appropriate authorization. Space bookings and payments must be made through BUSHO. To protect its community of Visitors and Hosts, the following behaviors are expressly prohibited: Contacting potential Visitors to redirect a booking away from BUSHO or offering to cancel a match in exchange for discounts on bookings outside the platform. Asking Visitors to complete forms, make calls, send emails, or make any other type of contact through a communication service other than the BUSHO Platforms before accepting booking requests. Canceling existing full or partial bookings so that Visitors will rebook outside of BUSHO. Soliciting or inciting Visitors to book outside the platform in the future. Including links or buttons in messages to Visitors intended to make bookings or payments for spaces outside of BUSHO. Requesting contact information from Visitors before accepting a booking; all pre-booking communications must be conducted through the Busho Platform. Requesting contact information from Visitors after a space match to conduct credit or criminal background checks. Asking Visitors to submit photos of their official identification document before arrival. Requesting or using Visitors' contact information to process additional payments outside of the Busho Platform; all payments related to space rentals must be made through BUSHO. Using contact information provided by BUSHO for purposes other than those that violate BUSHO's policies, conditions, or terms. Selling, sharing, or using Visitors' contact information for marketing communications or adding them to contact lists. Asking Visitors to review a space on a website other than BUSHO or to complete surveys not provided by BUSHO. Asking Visitors to create a separate account, register on another website, or install another application to access a listing is prohibited. Notwithstanding the above prohibitions, BUSHO has considered the following exceptions: The Host may require additional contact or identity information if necessary for legal or regulatory reasons, provided this has been communicated to BUSHO at the time of registration. In this case, the Host must include the requirement in their listing and is responsible for ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. After accepting a booking, the Host may request that the Visitor confirm the contact details provided by BUSHO. The Host may communicate with the Visitor through an alternative means of communication if the Visitor requests it. In such cases, the Host and Visitor must ensure that such communications comply with the requirements and policies of this application.

Visitors are permitted to download keyless entry applications or other apps that facilitate their stay in the rented space. In the event of a violation of this policy, whether repeated or not, BUSHO may suspend or permanently deactivate a User's account.

III.- DAMAGE PROTECTION POLICY AND SPACE GUARANTEE.

Once the Busho Visitor leaves the occupied space, the Busho Host will be solely and exclusively responsible for thoroughly inspecting the corresponding space, so that the Busho Host can determine, verify and certify that the Space has been returned in the same condition as it was at the time of the Busho Visitor's arrival, and can claim for any loss or damage that may have occurred in the Space.

If the Busho Host believes that there has been a loss or damage to the space caused by the Busho Visitor, they must notify BUSHO and the Busho Visitor of this circumstance within a period of no more than 24 hours, starting from when the Busho Visitor left the occupied space.

The claim must indicate the nature of the damage or loss, the amount requested, and be accompanied by available background information that reasonably proves its existence and amount.

Having been notified of the above, the Busho Host will endeavor to reach an agreement and resolve with the Busho Visitor the amount of damages and/or losses caused.

In the event that the Busho Host and the Busho Visitor do not reach an agreement within 3 calendar days from the date of the Busho Host's claim, or if the Busho Visitor has refused to make payment for the loss or has not made said payment within the agreed period, it will be up to BUSHO, based on the background information provided by both parties, to determine if the claim is sufficiently substantiated and, if so, to establish the amount to be paid to repair or replace the loss or damage actually caused.

Before resolving the claim, BUSHO must give the Busho Visitor the opportunity to make their observations and provide any background information they deem relevant within the time period communicated to them for this purpose.

BUSHO may request from both the Host and the Visitor documents, photographs, videos, budgets, receipts or other background information that may be reasonably necessary to resolve the claim.

In the event that BUSHO determines that the claim is valid and the existence, responsibility and amount of the loss and/or damage is sufficiently proven, it will communicate its decision and its grounds to both parties.

The Busho Visitor authorizes BUSHO to manage the collection of the determined amount according to the above procedure, provided that there is a valid and current authorization that allows said charge to be made through the corresponding means of payment.

If the payment provider or the payment method used does not allow such charge to be made, BUSHO may require the Visitor to make the payment through the means enabled by the Platform, without prejudice to the other rights that correspond to the Host under the law.

The Busho Host will be responsible for providing all sufficient evidence so that BUSHO can make a well-founded decision on the claim, and may provide as evidence of said claim all types of documents, videos, photographs and any other reliable means of proof.

The Busho Visitor may also provide background information intended to dispute the existence, imputability or amount of the damage claimed.

For these purposes, the Host Busho expressly authorizes BUSHO or any of its employees and/or delegates to conduct inspections in the space when reasonably necessary to verify a claim, after prior coordination with the Host, unless urgent circumstances justify immediate action.

It is expressly established that BUSHO will not assume any responsibility to the Busho Host for losses and/or damages produced in the space, whether these are caused by the Busho Visitor, their pets, their companions or a third party, except when such damages are a direct consequence of a legal or contractual breach attributable to BUSHO.

IV.- PUBLICATION POLICY.

BUSHO PLATFORMS By simply publishing a space on the Busho Platform, every Host agrees to comply with this policy. The space listing must include: a description, photos, and the rules of use. BUSHO may partially or completely remove any listing that violates the Terms and Conditions or its policies, depending on the nature and severity of the violation. BUSHO expressly prohibits the following types of listings: Those created solely for advertising or commercial purposes. Those unrelated to the platform, unsolicited contacts, or those that annoy users. Those that support or encourage illegal or harmful activities, are sexually explicit, violent, or obscene, or constitute a threat or harassment. Discriminatory listings. Those that attempt to impersonate another person. Those that are illegal or do not respect the rights of another person or entity, including intellectual property and privacy rights. Those that contain another person's personal or confidential data. Those that contain profiles with fraudulent, false, confusing, or misleading information. Those unrelated to the platform's theme. To the extent possible, this policy also applies to user reviews on this platform. If you believe that certain posts violate this policy, you should report them.

V.- EVALUATION POLICY.

BUSHO believes that reviews are essential for building trust between Visitors and Busho Hosts. To this end, BUSHO has implemented a review system to help Visitors make informed decisions about their preferred accommodations. Visitors who have already matched with and used a accommodation can comment, rate, and share their opinions and, above all, their satisfaction with their stay. Who can leave a review? Visitors can leave reviews of the accommodations they stayed in and/or used, as well as reviews of the Hosts. Hosts can also leave reviews of Visitors who matched with their accommodations. These reviews allow Visitors to make informed decisions about the features and quality of the accommodations that hosts advertise on our platform. All reviews must be impartial, truthful, relevant, helpful, and comply with our posting policy. Reviews are the key to building the necessary trust between Hosts and Visitors. Regarding reviews, Visitors and Hosts are strictly prohibited from: Coercing, intimidating, extorting, threatening, incentivizing, or manipulating others to influence a review, offering compensation in exchange for positive reviews, or threatening retaliation for negative reviews. Reviews may not be offered or withheld in exchange for anything of value, such as a discount, refund, reciprocal review, or a promise not to retaliate. They also may not be used to deceive or mislead BUSHO or any other person. Reviews may only reflect the perception of an actual space rental. Reviews must not be conducted to harm Hosts who are competitors for the host's space. Reviews may not include explicit, discriminatory, harmful, fraudulent, illegal, or otherwise objectionable content that violates our terms, conditions, and policies. BUSHO may remove reviews if they do not comply with its terms, conditions, and policies. If a Visitor did not use the space or had to cancel the reservation for reasons beyond the Host's control. If a Visitor wishes to delete a review they have written and posted, they must contact BUSHO.
